The Quiet Self Retreat

Salalah – Oman

Mariam Azmi

15-19 September, 2026

In collaboration between TRINK and Mindsai, we would like to invite you to join us for an energy balancing wellness retreat to Montenegro’s scenic mountains
Embark on a journey of diverse energies & environments; from themed yoga & meditation to nature hikes and fun activities, experiencing an enriching blend that will connect you to your true essence, recalibrate your energies and find the beauty of balance in your inner worlds.

TRINK invites you to step into a journey of stillness, embodiment, and self-reconnection—The Quiet Self, a Yoga Retreat & Embodiment Journey in the lush landscapes of Salalah, Oman, from September 15–19, 2026, guided by Mariam Azmi.

There comes a point when life feels full of responsibilities, expectations, and constant movement. You continue showing up, carrying what needs to be carried, while a quieter part of you waits patiently beneath the noise. This retreat is not about becoming someone new or fixing what is broken. It is an invitation to pause long enough to reconnect with what has always been there.

Set against the misty mountains, waterfalls, and untouched coastlines of Salalah, this experience offers a gentle return to yourself through yoga, breathwork, embodied movement, and meaningful moments of reflection. Rooted in intentional living and supported by nature’s restorative rhythms, The Quiet Self creates space to soften, listen, and remember a steadier way of being. Because sometimes the most profound transformation comes not from striving for more, but from returning to what truly matters.

There is a point where life becomes full of roles, responsibilities, and constant movement. You learn to hold it all together, to keep going, to show up, even when something in you feels far away. This retreat is not about becoming someone new. It is about coming back to what has always been there, beneath everything you’ve had to be. In Salalah, where the beauty of nature cracks us open, we gather for five days of movement, breath, rest, and deep reconnection. No performance. No fixing. No striving. Only space to pause long enough to hear yourself again. Through daily yoga practices, breathwork, embodied movement, and quiet reflection, you are gently guided to unwind from the noise— external and internal—and return to a place of inner clarity. Not the version of you shaped by expectation, but the one that exists underneath it all. The quiet one. The steady one. The one you’ve been circling back to all along. The rhythm of the retreat follows a slow, intentional pacing, supporting a nervous system reset, with rest as an active part of the journey, space for silence and integration, movement that supports presence not performance, and optional sharing that is always held gently. You don’t arrive here to improve yourself. You arrive to remember what was never actually gone
