Travel Coordinator
Full Time / Hybrid
- Connecting with our customers to address questions and manage bookings through various channels such as phone, chat, email and social media
- Oversee & manage all aspects at TRINK with regard to executions, administration and organization this includes but not limited to: Handling clients / partners calls, emails and requests.
- Organizing and implementing tasks Pre, During & Post our trips.
- Produces documents; collects, records, sorts and files information; handles mail; prepares routine reports; makes travel arrangements; arranges meetings.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Other administrative related tasks.
Education, Skills & Experiences:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration or or any related field (a master degree is a plus).
Minimum 2 years of proven working experience.
Excellent command of English, written and oral communications skills, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Professional with a ‘people-first’ attitude.
