Travel Designer - Customized Trips
Full Time / Hybrid
- Work with individual clients to determine customer needs, tailor the trip experience and suggest suitable travel design packages.
- Research, explore and design the individual experience trip.
- Manage & conduct the designed trip terms and conditions, trip structure and details.
- Handle all travel process from beginning to end, including bookings, trip budgets, Tours & Excursions, accommodation and transportation.
- Supply travelers with all information and travel material.
- Responsible for creating travel content, itineraries and travel documentations.
- Negotiate and manage communication with travel suppliers and agents and generate new deals.
- Manage and update TRINK database.
- Manage the customer feedback and collect the data and analyse it to generate feedback report.
- Handle unforeseen problems and complaints
Education, Skills & Experiences:
Excellent written and oral communications skills. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
A minimum of 3 years working experience, preferably in the same field.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Very good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Creative mindset with travel sensitivity mentality to meet customer needs.
Research and exploration skills.
