General Manager
Full Time / Hybrid
- Develop and implement the company’s strategic goals and growth roadmap.
- Identify new markets, trends, and experiential travel opportunities.
- Collaborate with the founders on brand positioning and service innovation.Oversee daily operations including on going projects, planning, logistics, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure smooth execution of all travel services from initial consultation to trip completion.
- Maintain and improve internal systems, tools, and workflows.
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team including travel designers, operations staff, and customer service.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on creativity, detail, and client satisfaction.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management processes.
- Ensure the highest levels of personalization, quality, and responsiveness in every client journey.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and collaborators.
- Oversee the feedback loop and continuous improvement of the client experience.
- Manage budgets, revenue targets, and cost control across operations.
- Analyze KPIs and prepare reports for stakeholders on company performance.
- Identify and pursue new revenue streams, partnerships, or services.
Education, Skills & Experiences:
7+ years of experience (preferrably in experiential travel), with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and scale boutique operations.
Strong understanding of high-end traveler expectations and service delivery.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Tech-savvy with experience in CRM, booking systems, and productivity tools.
Passion for travel, culture, and storytelling
