The Experience: A deeply immersive 5-day, 4-night somatic retreat designed to guide you back into your body — where safety, regulation, and true alignment begin. This journey unfolds in a calm, supportive environment, intentionally removed from external distractions, allowing your nervous system to slow down and reset.
From the moment you arrive, the focus shifts inward. Through gentle somatic practices, mindful movement, therapeutic bodywork, breath awareness, and guided reflection, you’ll begin releasing stored tension and stress held within the body. Each day invites you to listen more closely — to sensations, emotions, and subtle signals that are often overlooked in daily life.

We will be staying in Remal Wellness resort, nestled about 45 minutes from Cairo in the tranquil desert valley of Beni Salama, Wadi an Natrun.  It offers a peaceful sanctuary designed for rest, renewal, and mindful living.
The resort stretches across serene natural surroundings where wide open skies and soft desert light invite you to slow down and breathe deeply.Thoughtfully crafted with natural materials and a boho‐chic desert aesthetic, the space feels warm, welcoming, and rooted in balance.
